Smalltown Boy AI is a small, independent project that does one thing: it turns two photos into the Smalltown Boy dance trend. No timeline editor, no prompt box, no feed to scroll.

Why one trend
The Smalltown Boy dance works because of its timing: two fake breakdowns, a hard cut, then the drop. Generic video tools lose that. We storyboarded the trend once, shot by shot, and every video follows it.

How a video is made
Your two photos and the six-shot storyboard go to a video model, which renders the clip without sound. We then lay the trend's original audio under it, so the beat drop always lands on the cut.

Your photos
Photos are used only to make your video. They are stored privately with the result, never used to train models, and deleted when you delete your account.

Every upload and every output must follow our Acceptable Use Policy: no sexual content, violence, hate, content involving minors in unsafe ways, impersonation or someone else's protected work.
